Gopchang Story is a Korean BBQ restaurant that specializes in beef intestines. Our gopchang (small intestine), daechang (large intestine), and makchang (entrails) are deliciously chewy, juicy, and flavorful. Beyond our intestines, we are also known for our high-quality cuts of pork and beef for Korean BBQ. Pair your meal with a bubbling stew or finish with spicy fried rice on a cast iron pan!
